Description

Azadi is born from synthesis. A continuous form that expands naturally, as if shaped by time. Its geometry—soft yet firm—conveys stability. Concrete defines the body: dense, silent, essential. Wood crowns the piece, introducing balance—a warm transition between matter and air. Light unfolds from within a clean, contained opening, projected with precision. It remains understated; it orders, accompanies, calms. Suspended, Azadi is a serene presence. An essential volume that finds in simplicity its true strength.

AZADI INSPIRATION

The Azadi Tower, designed in 1966 by the young architect Hossein Amanat, emerges as a gesture of synthesis between past and present. Conceived as a monument commemorating the 2,500th anniversary of the Persian Empire, its true strength lies in something deeper: reinterpreting the language of an ancient civilization through contemporary architecture. Its form, precise and symbolic, does not seek to impose itself, but to transcend. Rising 50 meters high, the Azadi Tower has, over time, become a silent stage for history—celebrations, tensions, and social transformations unfold upon its surface without altering its essence. Beyond its political or urban dimension, the tower represents a fundamental idea: architecture as material memory. A balance between permanence and change, between identity and evolution.
