These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, the "T&C") govern the purchasing conditions of the different products offered on our website: www.concretable.com.
Users who make purchases on www.concretable.com fully accept these T&C and shall be bound by them as if they were set out at the time of the contract/purchase.
It is essential that the User reads and accepts these T&C prior to purchasing any product through www.concretable.com.
Concretable reserves the right to modify these T&C at any time and without prior notice. The T&C will always be accessible on the website so that Users may consult or print them at any time.
Prices and sales conditions are provided for informational purposes only and may be modified in accordance with market fluctuations. However, placing an order by completing the purchase form implies acceptance of the price offered and the general terms of sale in force at that specific time. Once the order has been formalized, the purchase shall be deemed completed in full, with all legal guarantees protecting the purchasing consumer. From that moment on, prices and conditions shall have contractual character and may not be modified without the express agreement of both parties.
The Spanish language shall be used for the formalization of the contract.

Concretable reserves the right to deny and/or suspend access to the services provided on www.concretable.com in the event of breach of good faith, non-compliance with applicable legislation, these Terms and Conditions, and/or in cases of fraud detected by Concretable and/or any of its providers.
Shipping
- Delivery times range between 7 and 10 working days within mainland Spain. While we strive to ensure that delivery companies meet these deadlines, we cannot guarantee them. In rural areas far from urban centers, timely delivery cannot be guaranteed under any circumstances.
- Delivery times depend on the availability of each product, which is indicated for each item offered. For orders including multiple items, shipments may be split, and the delivery time will correspond to the item with the longest delivery period.
- The customer shall have 24-48 hours to verify the integrity of all components of the order and confirm that all items are included. After this period, the shipment shall be deemed accepted, and no claims for damages or missing items will be accepted.
- An order shall be considered delivered when the delivery receipt is signed by the customer or when the tracking number indicates delivery. Within the following 24-48 hours, the customer must verify the products received and report any objections.
- In the event of receiving a product damaged during transport, it is recommended to contact us within the first 24 hours so that we may file a claim with the transport company.
Right of Withdrawal
For these purposes, Concretable informs that the Revised Text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users (TRLGDCU) establishes various options for exercising the right of withdrawal, including the possibility of doing so through an online form.
In order to streamline the process and facilitate returns, Concretable recommends using this option and completing the withdrawal form.
In accordance with current legislation, the contract may be withdrawn without justification and without any penalty within 14 calendar days from receipt of the goods by the customer.
Once we receive the returned product(s), the refund will be processed according to the original payment method:
- Card payment: refund within 48-72 hours.
- PayPal: refund to your PayPal account.
- Bank transfer: we will request your bank details (may take up to 48 working hours to reflect).
- Other payment methods: bank details will be requested.
The customer shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, or functioning.

Return Conditions for Individual Customers
- All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and condition, in perfect state and properly protected. Labels, tape, or adhesives must not be placed directly on the product or packaging. Otherwise, Concretable reserves the right to reject the return.
- Once the return form has been completed and submitted, instructions will be provided to send the goods to our facilities. Goods must be returned without undue delay and within a maximum of 14 calendar days from notification of withdrawal.
- Return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer or by Concretable depending on the specific return conditions (see Refund Policy). The customer is free to choose the courier service. Estimated shipping costs can be consulted via:

- Once the goods are received and verified to be in perfect condition, the refund will be processed.
- Returns of products with gifts or promotions require the return of the complete set (product + gift).
Warranty
The warranty does not cover defects resulting from misuse of the product or handling other than that necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, or functioning.
The following are excluded from the warranty:
- Damage caused by external factors, accidents, incorrect assembly, electrical faults, wear and tear, or improper use.
- Products modified or repaired by the customer or unauthorized third parties.
- Products subject to specific support agreements.
Order Cancellations
Order cancellations involving refunds by bank transfer may take up to 30 days due to administrative procedures.
Orders may be cancelled and refunded provided that the product has not yet been shipped. If the product has already been shipped, the customer must wait for delivery and then initiate a return.
