Description

Domino is a vertical 3D cladding system born from order and variation. A modular system in which each piece is part of a larger whole, yet retains its own identity. Geometry fragments and recomposes itself, generating a visual rhythm that is never static. Inspired by the expressive language of the Bauhaus, the pattern combines lines, reliefs, and voids of basic geometric forms in a composition that balances function and expression. Each module acts as an autonomous unit, yet it is through repetition that the system emerges. Concrete embodies this logic into matter: precise, tactile, essential. The surface is not only seen—it is traced by the eye. Domino does not decorate. It orders. It builds rhythm. It activates space.

DOMINO INSPIRATION

Founded in 1919 by Walter Gropius in Weimar, the Bauhaus redefined the relationship between art, design, and architecture. Its premise was clear: to eliminate the superfluous and build from function, geometry, and material honesty. Through basic forms—circle, square, triangle—and modular compositions, the Bauhaus established a universal, precise, and reproducible language. A system in which each element responds to a logic and forms part of a coherent whole. More than a school, it was a way of thinking: to order the world through design. Domino draws from this legacy and translates it into relief, rhythm, and matter.
